We have been creating new, better  ways to include the excluded since before the beginning of the digital revolution.

Despite our deep experience, we begin each new project with a beginner’s mindset: a curiosity to discover and learn about new contexts, communities and unsolved challenges. This is combined with an unwavering belief that, today, the technology exists to solve most problems.

Here I Am is founded by Laura Scanlon and Vitória Santos Silva, and a team of social impact strategy, delivery, design, and development craftspeople. The team has over 20 years of collective experience creating digital products that accommodate and overcome the environmental, physical and emotional factors that prevent inclusion, in some of the hardest to reach parts of the world.
